I am not satisfied with their responseI am not complaining about money I got from them and also not complaining about the car seat that has not been receivedI am complaining about their serviceThey are not selling product they are selling customer service right? If it is money related I would wait for them.But the reason I am here to write letter to you is service matterI haven't had prompt response from them and if I asked question they never answer me backI had wait about a week to get the responseAnd they don't answer them allAnd I complained about there service they never apologize about anythingI sent more than times about the complain not even once had a apologyShould I be happy with that service?
