We came to an agreement with this customer and did the work that they requested at no charge. I believe that we have both agreed to close this case.

Please find attached the customers' lease agreement signed 1/21/00.  As you can see in the terms of the lease, it is automatically renewed unless 30 days written notice is given.  The end of the renewed lease continues through 1/21/18 and would be $170. We have gladly waived the amount...

that was to be unpaid and feel that the customer should not ask us return the $17.
