This is a follow up to a complaint I believe that was already filed with this company yesterdayThis morning I called and spoke to the company owner again this amThis is all surrounding a snow plow dispute we've had with this company over this past weekIf more details are required, I can provide themDuring our conversation a few things stood out to me: He told me towards the end of the phone call that he was recording the conversation since he wanted to have it on record which I informed him is illegalHe would not be upfront with his company address to me since he thought I would 'go after him' He told me I am not allowed to take pictures of my own private property and send it off to social media He essentially told my husband over the phone yesterday that we would not 'speak to him' in such a way had we actually ever seen him (essentially threatening over the phone) He is difficult to get a hold of (and his VM is full) He keeps referring to his contract and is not in agreement to refund the amount for partial services since it pretty much is established in his contract that refunds will not be provided to contracts that are canceled earlyHe has threatened to sue us for defamation of his company (even though everyone has the right to a public opinion)Ideally a partial refund for unprofessionalism and poor fulfillment of services would be ideal but at this point, I do not even care about that since I cannot handle dealing with this company anymoreI do think it warrants at least looking into this company since they do not seem to be professionals and all the above just made me concerned that he might not be someone that should simply be out there overcharging people for services partially renderedThanks

provide them. During our conversation a few things stood out to me: 1. He told me towards the end of the phone call that he was recording the conversation since he wanted to have it on record which I informed him is illegal. 2. He would not be upfront with his company address to me since he thought I would 'go after him' 3. He told me I am not allowed to take pictures of my own private property and send it off to social media 4. He essentially told my husband over the phone yesterday that we would not 'speak to him' in such a way had we actually ever seen him (essentially threatening over the phone) 5. He is difficult to get a hold of (and his VM is full) 6. He keeps referring to his contract and is not in agreement to refund the amount for partial services since it pretty much is established in his contract that refunds will not be provided to contracts that are canceled early. 7. He has threatened to sue us for defamation of his company (even though everyone has the right to a public opinion)Ideally a partial refund for unprofessionalism and poor fulfillment of services would be ideal but at this point, I do not even care about that since I cannot handle dealing with this company anymore. I do think it warrants at least looking into this company since they do not seem to be professionals and all the above just made me concerned that he might not be someone that should simply be out there overcharging people for services partially rendered. Thanks.
