Review: I hired Johnson Tax, Accounting & Business Service a year ago to do my Books & taxes.

Mrs [redacted] came by my office & we signed into a contract for them to do the work.

She picked up my receipts to do all my back taxes & my current taxes.

She said she did my 2014 taxes & she would be doing my back taxes.

I have not received a copy of my 2014 taxes. She took several years of my receipts & tax information which I have never gotten back.

I have paid them several hundred dollars. Part of which was to do the work & part of which was the cost to set up an account with their company.

I have called them several times with no response. I have sent them several e-mails with 1 response to which she tells me that she is to busy to work with me & to call her. I have called her several times with no response.

I have not heard back from her since.

Johnson tax service has cost me thousands in work as for I cannot file for new certification with the state & fed government to do work having no tax papers.

I cannot file for my 2015 taxes because she took my paper work.

I cannot file for my past taxes because she took all of my past tax receipts & paper work.I would like all my money back plus damages.Desired Settlement: I would like all my paper work back so I can hire someone to finish my taxes.2009,2010,2011,2012,2013.

A copy of my 2014 taxes that she claims she did.

I would like all my money back plus cost for damages she has cost my company in the amount of $ 10,000.00 dollars, If not more.
