I am rejecting this response because:I'm rejecting it but I have to fix it. I feel the company is not taking ANY responsibility in their part of this project. I have no choice but to fix myself as they have advised their company is not the experts in this area only in installing the counters. I paid them for the full service and if there was an issue they should have not installed the counters until it was completed based on the requirements of the granite. It's continuing to crack more i'm hoping this does resolve the issue, however you can visually see the cracks. For the amount I paid, this company does not represent themselves in a manner of experts. The customer service has been awful based on this issue being brought up days after installation and still not resolved. Sending me an email advising me that any further issues I have I should contact another company and find a contractor to fix?
