Hello,First let me apologize for not responding soonerI am not sure how you selected Dr [redacted] to email your request to He is not seeing patients at our clinic and never checks this email Any future correspondence should be sent to me: kerry@ [redacted] spinalcare.com as I am the owner of [redacted] Spinal Care AssociatesAfter we received the call from your office on Friday I went on a hunt for your email.I have spoken with Dr [redacted] and Ms [redacted] She was examined for the purpose of gathering information for a narrative report on 12/20/ She told him she needed the report completed by 12/29/ Dr [redacted] had indicated to her that he would do his best to complete the report as long as he received a request from the attorney detailing specifically what he was asking for in the narrative On 1/3/Ms [redacted] left a message and was upset that the report hadn't been received by her attorney Dr [redacted] checked with one of our staff who informed him she had received the request but hadn't included it in the file for him He immediately called her attorney and left him a message explaining the situation but then learned that the case had settled and the narrative report was no longer needed [redacted] let our clinic know that she felt she should receive a refund for that examination and that was mailed to her on January 26th.In years of practice this is the first complaint registered against our practice We pride ourselves in our integrity and patient care Also, I have worked with attorneys for all of those years and we have never had an attorney settle a case for our mutual client without waiting for our narrative, especially when the timeframe is right in the middle of the Holiday season.Please feel free to contact me with any additional questionsDrKerry [redacted]
