Johnson & Johnson Disposal Service

These people are located in Goochland County, Virginia and I selected them because they're close to my home as I live in the far western part of Henrico County. However, since my trash wasn't being picked up, they NEVER answered the phone, and their voice mailbox is ALWAYS FULL, I sent them notice via postal mail on 9/25/13 to cancel my service. They bill you each quarter for 3 months service in advance so I expect a refund of the remaining 2 months, October & November. I'm being generous allowing them to keep the money for September! They need to come get their dump cart which I will release to them when I get the refund for services they have not provided. I've had NO RESPONSE from them whatsoever. Their business practices are unethical at best! Definitely stay far, far away from these people!

Review: This company has not picked up our trash in two weeks. When I called them today, the only option is a voicemail, which is full, so you are unable to leave a message. Numerous complaints online with the same problems. I checked my bill and I have been charged for the service.Desired Settlement: Our trash is overflowing; we have nowhere to put it. We just want them to come on their scheduled day, every [redacted].

They dropped a big brown trash bin in front of our house that we NEVER requested on a Sunday, I called several times on Monday and all I got was voicemail. I left several messages asking for someone to come pick it up and for a return phone call to find out info of how it got here, no response....except one week letter, we get an invoice?? THIS IS UNETHICAL!!! They should not be in business!!
