I contacted [redacted] at Johnson Hardware to get two commercial doors replaced at my place of business and he was quick to come quote the replacementsAfter I received the quotes for few thousand dollars I told [redacted] to go ahead and order the doors and I understood there was a several week lead time That lead time passed several times and I had to track him down via text just to learn that he had not ordered the doorsAfter the third time of this happening I simply asked if he was going to do the job or not...he bluntly told me he was too busy! Wasted months and he didn't even have the courtesy to call me and let me know he wasn't going to do anything...stay away from this company
