JohnSon Fence installed our wrought iron fence in March 2007. It looked great. Now, in April 2018, in just 11 short years, the brackets holding the fence to the posts are rusting out and the fence is beginning to collapse. The company will neither repair the fence or sell me replacement brackets. ("We don't do repairs or sell components to the public," I was told.)
