Review: The Johnson Electric Company, Inc. (JECO) located in [redacted] was given a deposit for work that was supposed to render as well as monies for a permit. The Church was given a one week start date after the deposit was given. After two weeks, Mr. Johnson\company fails to update us with the status of are agreed work assignment. I called and reminded Mr. Johnson per our conversation that this maintenance was time sensitive and he hasnt given me a status in two week. Because of his negative attitude and his unprofessionalism I called Mr. Johnson back and explained to him that, we (the Church) would no longer need his services. We asked that he keep the inspection fees but refund us our deposit, permit fees and the certification that the church paid for in advance. Mr. Johnson refunded majority of our refund, but we are seeking the remaining balance. He has been notified on several occasions but refuse to pay. We are seeking the remaining balance from the Johnson Electric Company, Inc. (JECO) ASAP.Desired Settlement: That Johnson Electric Company, Inc.
