I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The meter box was replaced. Repairing a broken meter box is considered a service equal to repairing or servicing lines due to the fact that it was a hazard. Had the meter box not been in a high traffic area which we walk in and mow the yard around, this may not have been as big of an issue. However, the JCSUD was informed of this hazard on the first call in February and our concerns were voiced. If the JCSUD is understaffed and can not handle any tasks in a timely manner other than repairing and servicing the lines, then I would recommend a review of workload and delegated tasks vs manpower.
