Johnson Controls Security Solutions

We purchased a security system, security detacher and security tags for our optical retail store. Upon receiving only the optical tags and detacher we were not satisfied with the product and decided to cancel the entire purchase. The sales representive canceled the security system and sent us a packing slip to pick up the tags, and detacher. This all was back in April and we have been trying to get a refund for items we do not have ever since. They do not return phone calls or emails and I keep getting the run around to get a refund from this company.
