Avoid this dealership at all costs. If you absolutely have to have a Nissan then go to a different dealership.
Avoid at all cost! They lie. They mark up sales thousands of dollars with fake fees to make extra money off of the gullible people who purchase a car from them. They only use "Fair" KBB rating to calculate trade in price and use the bottom dollar. I asked to not have my credit checked untill after I seen prices of cars and they refused to show me cars till credit check. They checked my credit anyway even though I told them not to then hit my credit 15 time with 15 different banks dropping my score almost 40 points. They then came back and tried to sell me a Rouge sport which I didn't want and said that's the only car they had deals on. Looked at the price they had marked it up $6000 from the window price.and gave me the lowest price possible for a clean excellent trade in. Worst new car dealership I have ever dealt with. I was a prime credit applicant and they just lost a customer and a sell for their shady tactics.
Paint chipping off 2020 Rogue
Bought 2020 Rogue in Nov. Few weeks ago, was standing at back, getting groceries out when I noticed something on my bumper (looked like little bubbles of oatmeal). I wiped my hand across the bumper and it was the PAINT! Chips of the paint fell off onto the ground. Some spots are down to black metal while few are more superficial. Took to dealership who sent to nissan consumer affairs. Was told warranty dept received pictures and information from warranty person at Nissan dealership saying it was caused by outside influence! The car was in my garage, bumper looked white until I wiped my hand across what I now know to have been bubbled paint and the paint fell off! Though few small areas is very noticeable black metal against white bumper. Will not repair it. If it had been caused by something or someone I would file it on my full coverage insurance I pay for! Worst purchase of my life! Strong arm sales tactics and then no warranty coverage.
I WANT MY BUMPER PAINTED!
We were lied to during the purchase process about our monthly payment, then the car broke within 20 minutes of leaving the lot.
We were promised that this company could lower our monthly payment if we traded our car. We were told via Facebook message and then again at the dealership. They came to us several times with a higher payment than we were comfortable with and we turned them down. He then left and the sales rep came and told us he was told to start processing the paperwork which meant it was a go. We started signing papers and they even made me call my insurance right then to switch the vehicle over to the new car. After we did all of this, they then came to us and said they couldn't get the lower payment. By then we'd already signed and switched most of the paperwork. As if that weren't bad enough, 20 minutes down the road a huge "Warning, malfunction" alert came up on the dash telling us something was wrong with the AEB. This is a brand new car that literally had 30 miles on it when we drove off the lot. Missed a day of work yesterday to take it to the service center to be checked out, to find out a part already needs to be replaced. We were totally unhappy with this transaction and attempted to go back and "undo" the trade and the "sales manager" basically told me too bad, they'd have to sell it as "used" if they take it back and they'd already been paid for the vehicle by the bank we financed through. Unbelievable since the rep who sold us the car told us they had to both send a check to pay off our car and receive a check for the new car. AND the lady in the service center, Margot, told me the car was still listed under the dealership and didn't have any of my information because it was so recent that we bought it! The sales manager could not have cared less that we were lied to and pressured into this new car, and he just kept saying "That's what a factory warranty is for" in regards to the defective part. Basically blamed it on me saying the paperwork we signed at the salesman's desk was "preliminary" and we could've backed out even after signing and switching everything over to the new car. How in the world could I have known that? Signing paperwork and switching insurance seems pretty concrete. We were lied to and pressured into something under a false pretense and then 20 minutes later found out that the new car was defective on top of it. I begged the sales manager to let us have our car and down payment back and he could take the defective car back since we were lied to about the terms, and he tried to get me to trade out of the new car into something different! As if I'm so stupid that I don't know it would be carrying over a HUGE negative equity since it's new (yet also, defective) to trade for something else.
I want my Honda Civic and my $1000 down payment back in exchange for them taking this defective car back.
We, Johnson City Nissan, were unaware of the complaint until I received an email from your bureau as we are not Tri Cities Nissan and do not access Tri Cities Nissan mail. I have spoke to the customer personally on 3/4. As it pertains to her not knowing the terms of her contract, our customers are disclosed as to the terms of their contracts, ie. payment, amount financed, APR, repayment months, and total of payments. I have discussed with that matter with. Her concern of the vehicle is being handled in our service department. I arranged for her vehicle to picked up on the evening of 3/4 and I will arrange for it to be delivered back to her once the service is done. In the meantime, I have provided alternate transportation to

The GM Fonda worked with us to come to a resolution that we both agree to. Happy with where things are currently.
