to a safe location which they did. Mr. [redacted] told the customer when he got the money, to call him 1/2 hour before coming to the impound lot. He didn't call but just showed up and the owner's son let him in, which led to them having words. He said they cannot sit and wait while a customer decides what to do because they would be losing money from other jobs.
