explained that perhaps smaller companies did not do this, but our company did.  He responded by saying that there was not a smaller company than ours and that we were a "joke." He called the owner a "loser," among other things, and informed me he had already sent an email to the Revdex.com before speaking with me.  He agreed to withdraw his complaint as long as I dropped the charge and did not pursue legal action him.  Of course, I did not have anymore desire to do business again with him, and so I agreed.  I dropped the charge and assumed the matter was closed.However, now I can see that the customer did not keep his end of the agreement, which has made me reconsider the charge.
