Johnny's Meatballs

Agreed to purchase Johnny Meatballs product for $50 to be delivered to Bend, Oregon. $50 was paid through "***" to megin k*** (Johnny Meatballs D's wife) who handles the money transactions.
The product ( 2 boxes of his meatball mix) was not delivered. I have contacted Johnny Meatballs D numerous times to ask for a tracking number and where the product is. He will not respond. I have asked for my $50 back. He and she continue to ignore all correspondence and request for refund. I am no longer interested in the product, I just want a full refund.
I made contacted Mr. D through *** Messenger and have all correspondence regarding the agreement for price and product and delivery. After agreeing on a price for delivery, two days later, John D tried to raise the price by $12.00. I pointed out that we already agreed on a price. He then told me that he would send the product for the agreed price and that I should receive it by the end of the week, Mar.20, 2020. The transcripts also include my request for tracking numbers and refund. Mr. D has since ceased any and all communication with me regarding this issue and the money he owes me for for failure to deliver product as promised.
