Came to my store Johnnies Cleaners and instructed my seamstress, [redacted] to cut 5 inches off of each shirt.
My seamstress did as she instructed and then she said she did not like the way they come out. We reimbursed...

her for the charges for the alteration even dough we did nothing wrong.
We are very sorry she does not like the way the shirts end up. We followed her instructions. We pride ourselves in customer services and do 110 percent to aim to please.

I should get reimburement for the full price of the tunic tops since they ruined all of them ,anyone who is expert will tell you that they did really bad job , and they said that they should pay me $240 the price of the tunic tops since it was their mistake not mine.

The business owner text me today July 1 at to refund me the full price $240 for the tunic tops so I went and picked up the check from the shop. Thanks a lot for your help

our dry cleaner machine is very good and updated does not damage clothes. We explained this to Mrs [redacted] and she did not want to understand us. We feel sorry this happen to her garment but the garment already has the holes in when her husband dropped them off.
