been discussed with him previously, he proceeded to insult the manager, used vulgar language and behaved in about as unprofessional manner as one could.  He was provided a complaint form to use to escalate his claim to senior management for consideration but he chose to send an email instead demanding repercussions if he wasn't reimbursed.  We contacted him and told him that we did not appreciate treating our employees the way he did and said we would reimburse him if he would promise not to come back to our business.   At that point he threatened to get a lawyer.  The customer has also stated that he "paid for" a wash privilege when he purchased his vehicle from one of our automotive dealerships.  He did not pay anything for the wash privileges as part of his transaction.  Furthermore, the vehicle he was driving and was redeeming a free car wash with was not the vehicle that he transacted with us.As part of my attempt to resolve this issue, I simply asked him to apologize for his behavior and I would apologize for what he felt was poor behavior by our manager and he has not done that yet.In spite of all that, I mailed him a reimbursement check yesterday.  We would prefer that this customer not come to our car wash ever again.  We are honest, hardworking people and we don't need to put up with personal attacks, infantile behavior and vulgar language.
