To whom It May Concern:
Yes, we had service Mrs. [redacted] dryer back in Aplril, 2015.
We give her and estimate for the repair of the dryer and she agree and pay a deposit of $200..
She told the technician that she will call us back as...
soon us she came back for her trip.
We had call her several times and there was no answer.
After couple of months we call her and she said that at the time she did not have money to pay for the repair balance.
And that she will call us as soon as she has the $225 balance.
So, we still waiting for her to call us. We do have her dryer and it will be ready as soon us she pay the balance.
