Hey ***,I just received your letter in the mail, sorry I took so long to get back to you [redacted] , was upset because she wanted to be tattooed the same day as her friend, the only problem was her friend never left a deposit and never got in touch with the other artist he wanted to book with, so that artist booked someone else [redacted] then contacted [redacted] to make sure they were still on for the appointment [redacted] said yes we are goodThen she asked if her friend was booked and [redacted] said she didn't see it in the book, well that's because they never got ahold of the arstistThat's when she got upset at [redacted] and texted her that she should be "kissing her as" that is when [redacted] told her she had been nothing but polite, and that she did not want to do business with her and she could come and get her deposit if she wanted, even though all deposits are non refundable, which is on the card [redacted] was given the day she set her appointmentmonths later she came in and said her husband was supposed to pick up her deposit and did not [redacted] said I don't think I have $ [redacted] , immediately got very upset stepped up to [redacted] like she wanted to fight and said it was $very loud and rudeMind you it had been months [redacted] forgot how much it wasThat is when I stepped in and told her all deposits are non refundable and whatever agreement they had was over months ago [redacted] then proceeded to call me names while acting like a child, throwing a temper tantrumI have a video of her pulling out of the (handicap parking space) flipping us off as she leftVideo proof of what kind of person she isI also had [redacted] send me screen shots of their conversations leading up to thisI will not apologize to a bully, and I will not be giving back the non refundable $depositI hope this clears things up a bit as to what really happened, as you can see we have a star rating on Facebook and googleCustomer service is very important to us, and I believe that shows in our reviews and ratings.I will send you over the screenshots of their conversation, a picture of the card that was given to [redacted] that clearly states that all deposits are non refundable, and also the video of her flipping us off while pulling out of a handicap parking spacePlease let me know if you need anything elseSincerely, [redacted]
