Dear Mr***:We have been contacted by the Department of Insurance concerning the above referenced complaintIn that regard and as you may recall I am General Counsel for Target Financial and insurance Services (“Target”).As you may know, I have been in contact with your counsel, Mr [redacted] in regards to your complaint and this matterIn that regard we are making every effort to assist you and your counsel towards a favorable resolution of this incident.Although you retained Target to assist you in placing your Company’s WC Policy, Target communicates only with [redacted] representative, which in this case was, [redacted] Insurance UnderwritersIn that regard, and On October 13, Target received confirmation of coverage from All Insurance with an effective date of 10/Thereafter and in the course and handling of such accounts, Target issued a payment days later to All Insurance for this policyAt this point it was expected that the transaction was completed and coverage bound.Unfortunately, [redacted] is taking the position that payment was not received before the incident and thus refuses to extend coverageWe also don't agree with that positionSince that time Target has made every effort to rectify this matter with both All Insurance and [redacted] Currently they have refused to comply,
