For something as simple as buying a pile of rocks, this was a painful experienceI went in on a Monday afternoon and ordered tons of stone to be delivered on TuesdayI was told that the delivery would be made between 1PM and 4PMI was invited to a meeting that day and declined as I needed to be home to receive the deliveryat 4:00PM the delivery was not here and I called to find out what was going onThe person that answered the phone said that his "regular" driver called out and I was rescheduled for that eveningI was going to be the first loadI called again at 5:when the load was still not delivered and the individual told me he "tried to call me three times" My phone never rangHe was the rudest *** you can imagine and said he could cancel the order if I had a problem with thisI needed the delivery, as I had a crew coming the next morning to work with the stoneMy delivery finally came at 5:45PMThe driver said that he was the regular driver and that there had been no rescheduleSo obviously I was lied to by the office as wellIt's not that this was a big order, but way too much drama for what should be so simple
I have since found out that nobody really likes doing business with this guytoo badI usually like supporting local busineses
