RE: Complaint # [redacted] I sent John - the business owner of John's Tree Service a message giving him one more opportunity to fix the lamp post and said if he didn't I was going to file a complaint in Small Claims Court......he finally fixed the lamp post.....so if there is a way you can post that.....I'm sure he would like that It took months to get it done, but it was finally resolved Thank you for your time and help with this matter [redacted]

I am writing this to you in answer to [redacted] complaint about our business We have completely taken care of her complaint about the logs that were left on her propertyWe have had a lot of rain and we needed to wait till the ground was dry to get the logs off the yard without destroying their yardWe completed her job around the end of AugustWe do carry Workers Compensation and will provide proof upon request.Thank you, [redacted] dba/lJohn's just a cut better tree service

I am the President of a Townhome Complex in Ankeny and have had this company come out twice to cut down treesEach time I call the company, they area always pleasant and send someone out to supply me with an estimate They are busy and seemed to be booked a lot of the time and can't make it out right awayWe had them come out on 9/21/15, to complete tree trimming and was impressedThey did a good job of cleaning up after themselvesI would use this company again for tree trimming!
