It is our practice to charge for in depth sprinkler estimates and all customers are advised of this before setting the appointment I personally set the appointment and explained the fee It is not a "scammy" or unusual business practice to do this When he called, I explained that perhaps smaller companies did not do this, but our company did He responded by saying that there was not a smaller company than ours and that we were a "joke." He called the owner a "loser," among other things, and informed me he had already sent an email to the Revdex.com before speaking with me He agreed to withdraw his complaint as long as I dropped the charge and did not pursue legal action him Of course, I did not have anymore desire to do business again with him, and so I agreed I dropped the charge and assumed the matter was closed. However, now I can see that the customer did not keep his end of the agreement, which has made me reconsider the charge
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me
If he is actually going to drop the chargesI see he is being dishonest in his response regarding these names and telling me he was going to charge in advance, he did not do thatHowever if he is willing to drop the charge, I will accept that as the conclusion to this matter.
Sincerely,
