I am rejecting this response At no time did we
add any extras to the job and I was charged in excess of what I was quoted I called this business numerous times and never got a return call When I finally did get the owner on the phone, he hung up on me This company clearly violated my rights as a consumer and I demand reimbursement of the amount overcharged

No one called me at all I suggest when a homeowner add something to bid it is a extra just like the contract says Please look at bottom of contract Plus the price for the extra was agreed upon by Randy
