two doghouses on my house at no charge (their expense). I did pay them an additional $700.00 to install two new windows (one in each doghouse), and the work appears to have rectified the problem(s). I am satisfied with their final work, and the resolution that we came up with.

Review: The company was hired to put a new roof on my house. They did the work, and soon after we started getting a water leak in our Living Room on the ceiling. I have had other contractors look at the roof, and they have told us the flashing was not done properly, and a J-Channel is missing, which both help prevent water from entering. Each time I have called to discuss this issue, I am being told that we should have also had our siding done on the doghouses at top/front of the house, which they want $6,000.00 to do. It's not even clear or believed that is the problem, plus it's a sales pitch, not a solution. I was also told by (Andy) that at the time the new roofing was put on, they did not realize they needed to take the previous layers off, but that is not what was written on the estimate or work order. The full scope of the work was written. We were never told at that time that we should have any other work done to prevent leaks, etc. We would like for the work to be done correctly on the side of the garage, and on the side of the doghouses. The water damage continues to get worse, and we are concerned it could become a health issue with mold developing, etc. The other part of this, is that other contractors and roofers are seeing what the problems are, and they state we already overpaid for the work, and are now being asked to pay more for a problem they caused.Desired Settlement: Finish/complete the job at no additional cost to us by putting the proper and needed flashing on the roof and put J Channels in place, plus use sealant to prevent any further leakage, damage and health concerns.
