I hired John Crosby to write up a patent application for me. He collected $2500.00 from me last year. I provided him all the details and on September 3rd 2014 he told me he would start working on it.We talked a few times since then and he said he was very busy and that he would get back to me. But he did not. Several times I left him voice mails and emails asking about the progress, but he no longer returns my phone calls or emails.On August 1st 2015 I left him a voice mail asking for a refund if he is too busy or doesn't want to work on it.
