Amazing clothes and a work in progress .
I am frequently ordering from the website JV , and have ran into a few technical issues there . However the staff have always done there best to correct or help my situation , even though they may not have all the tools needed to fix it straight away . Keep making great clothes and work on a more efficient website , cheers . David

customer was guaranteed a refund for the Deek high tops $199.20 despite the item being final sale. • The whole order was returned and customer was issued a gift card for $478.40. • The refund was incorrect, as the customer should have received a gift card refund of $279.20 and a credit card refund of $199.20. • However, before a resolution could be reached, the gift card was used on order [redacted] for the amount of $300.00 on 6/**/2015. • On 7/*/2015, the gift card balance was voided and a refund of $178.40 was issued via [redacted]. • The customer was contacted on 7/*/2015 notifying him that the difference in the refund was due to funds being used on a new purchase before we could refund the entire amount. In addition, a refund of the rest of the credit for the $199.20 and additionally even the $279.20 to his credit card with the return of the new purchase has been offered despite the item being final sale. In short, the customer has already been refunded all funds related to this complaint that have not already been attached to a new order. I had the same experience there costumer service is pathetic.. Even the manager "is rude.. I place a order the charge went through my credit card's authorization, but the website cancelled my order, claiming the charge didn't go through.. I call my bank and call costumer service again place a new order.. After a week of not receiving my order I call costumer service again they cancelled my order by mistake.. I spoke 4 different people sounds there all same room handing phone each other laughing at me.. I ask speak to the manager.. The manager laughs at me told me place a new order no apology and rude.. Never will buy from this company again horrible costumer service.. They treat you very disrespectfully but thanks costumers like me they get pay. Bad business

Review: I placed an order on [redacted] on Jan [redacted]. The charge went through my credit card's authorization, but the website cancelled my order, claiming the charging didn't go through. I called in to ask for an explanation, and the representative confirmed that it was not the credit card issue and promised to fulfill my order by collecting items from retail stores and sending to me from there. The order contained 3 items, two T-shirts and one belt, and there were 3 charges on my credit card in the following 2 days, from John Varvatos [redacted], John Varvatos [redacted] and John Varvatos [redacted]. But I never received tracking numbers of these items, nor email confirmations of these transactions. After 2 weeks, I only received two items and the last item, the belt, is still missing. I've no idea where it is. I don't even know if the store sent it out. I sent an email to customer service asking for the information, but didn't receive any responses.Desired Settlement: The merchant either gives me the refund on the belt (the charge on the belt is $268.50), or sends me the item, making sure I received it.

I had the same issue and all they did is laugh had phone each other laugh at me ..Horrible costumer service !

Review: JohnVarvatos.com wrote me a letter agreeing to refund my credit card from my accidental purchases of shoes. When I returned the shoes they gave me a gift card not the refund to original payment source as promised. It's stealing plain and simple. I do have proof of the letter.Desired Settlement: Refund my $200

Review: I purchased a pair of boots at the John Varvatos that completely fell apart. I contacted customer service and they asked me to provide pictures and details which I promptly provided. It's been over a month and I have not received any updates nor responses to my numerous emails.Desired Settlement: I want a new pair of boots.
