John Thomas put on an addition on my house a few years ago Our laminate floor is defective, and we were able to get the manufacturer to supply a new one John's subcontractor has had the floor in his possession for a long time and has been paid to install the replacement floor, but has avoided all contact regarding an installment date I have complained to John numerous times, but he just blames his subcontractor This has been going on way too long and his customer service practices are horrible At this point, I just want a reimbursement, since everyone involved does not appear competent
