We appreciate all of our customers and welcome their recommendations. Most times when a customer recommends us and makes sure the referred customer has provided us with the correct information, our original customer is quickly rewarded with the referral rebate. This usually occurs within
days of completion of the new customers installation. Unfortunately in this case our system failed. We have corrected the issue and have issued and rebate check on Friday January 29, 2016. This was mailed at the customer's request to their *** address. We offer our sincere apologies to the customer and will strive to ensure that our system is monitored closely so that this does not occur again

The customer has requested that we do not contact him. We have removed him from our contact list as per his request. This customer's view of the events is not how we have notes written on but we decline to engage him further

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Did receive the check on 2/8/and consider the matter closed However I am disappointed I never received an explanation or apology directly from the company

They are coming the 9th regarding the buckle,  but have responded to the other issues.
