He went to appraise my property in Black Forest in 2013 for an loan refinance I was looking to do. He knew nothing about Black Forest. He submitted comparables to properties that were 5 miles away (in a burned area), another 5 miles east by Falcon, and another that was in a subdivision in woodmen/black forest road. He did not know how to accurately appraise the area. My house was not in a burned area, and was going up because it was not burned. He was horrible at appraising my value of the house, which caused the whole refinance deal go south. Would never recommend him.
