09/28/After reviewing [redacted] 's compliant & discussing the compliant with my Sales Manager that handled the situation, here are my findings• The vehicle was priced around $13,on the window sticker & we started to reduce to sell• The car was reduced to $11,900- I believe that was written on the window• The [redacted] was incorrectly priced onlineIt was an error our Sales Manager made when he priced thru a website tool we use- he confused stock #s • The Sales Manager corrected the price as soon as customer alerted him of it- our systems usually update over night • We realize this is upsetting to the customer but unfortunately it was a mistake that was made & I apologize for our mistake • If the customers looked at any like vehicles online- they would have seen most priced around the $11,or above-range thus why ours would have really stood out • We do have a few vehicles that would fit the $price rangeWe would be happy to share these vehicles with you if given the opportunity • I am a 4th generation operator and we have served this great community's automotive needs since We pride ourselves on great customer serviceWe operate with honesty and integrityWe apologize for our mistake• Thank you Sincerely, Candi S

• The vehicle was priced around $13,000 on the window sticker & we started to reduce to sell.
• The car was reduced to...

$11,900- I believe that was written on the window• The 2010 [redacted] was incorrectly priced online. It was an error our Sales Manager made when he priced thru a website tool we use- he confused 2 stock #s
• The Sales Manager corrected the price as soon as customer alerted him of it- our systems usually update over night
• We realize this is upsetting to the customer but unfortunately it was a mistake that was made & I apologize for our mistake
• If the customers looked at any like vehicles online- they would have seen most priced around the $11,900 or above-range thus why ours would have really stood out
• We do have a few vehicles that would fit the $8995 price range. We would be happy to share these vehicles with you if given the opportunity.
