John Rothenberger Jr & Sons

John Rothenberger Jr & Sons was hired as a contractor to renovate our offices at ........ After "completion" of renovations, our offices re-opened. Unfortunately, there were still many repairs still pending and promised to be fixed by John and his team.

We noticed the following issues:
-Uneven flooring, lifting & chipping. John & his crew "fixed" this same issue on 3 different occasions. Currently, we have new flooring they dropped off in December that is still sitting here for repairs..
-Windows installed leak when it rains & noticeable amount of air is entering through window panes from poor installation.
-Skylight was installed by John and his crew, we now have a leak due to improper installation as well as cracks on two panes. These are NOT covered by the manufacturer because it was installed incorrectly..

We have tried to reach out to John & his crew on several occasions via phone, text & email. I have a complete paper trail with exact dates.

We were promised the completion of these repairs over 6 months ago & have yet to hear anything back..
