50 degrees. He told him that he needed to turn his heat up or his pipes would continue to have problems and that there is no warranty on freezing pipes, He then repaired two separate leaks.On March 2, 2015 we return to the house regarding another leaking pipe. The technician out told [redacted] it was not the same leak that was repaired and would be an additional charge. [redacted] refused the repair and the technician left.
If [redacted] would like us to return to repair any new leaks it will be at an additional charge.

Review: I had water backing up in the closet where my HVAC package unit is. I called the company and they told me that it was the main plumbing line. I had a plumber out and he determined and showed me that it was indeed the condensate line to the HVAC unit. I had to pay the plumber $199.00. I then caleed Nugent & Sons and explained the situation. Thier Service Manager promised me satisfaction of payment for the plumber, a free box of filters and a free coil cleaning. I called back after several weeks to ask about getting these services and was once again put of with no phone call back. I have been a contract customer of Nugent & Sons for eight years.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for the plumber and the services they said they would perform.

Review: the company installed [redacted] air conditioner and has warrenty for 10 year parts and labor and for 3 systems .according to the service guys checked our system said they did dampers and are expensive. Iam sure they have to have dampers connected to the new unit .we need the detailed contract and fix the dampers.Desired Settlement: fix dampers
