John Motichko Kitchen & bath

Johnny Motichka failed to complete my kitchen as he has promised (Agreement date of completion as promised by Johnny Motichka is at the end of week of Nov 22, 2019). He continued to procrastinate and refuse to complete my kitchen even after I asked him to finish before Christmas of 2019, so I can have my kitchen back for Holiday. Johnny continues giving excuses as he is waiting for 2 panels. However, he refuses to finish the other un finish parts of my kitchen:

Lists of incomplete work in our kitchen:
• 2 cabinet doors still need stopper from hitting other cabinets
• Two outlets by the dishwasher are not working (wall plugs are not working) after you started my kitchen – you need fix the outlets
• The dishwasher door cannot open fully due to the bottom piece you installed. This was not check prior you left my house last visit -12/27/19
• All the outlet plates in the kitchen need to be on
• The hood was not properly installed (installed on 12/27/2019) (nail dent) – he needs to fix it
• The separation for my utensils is not complete (as he promised to utilize my old island).
• The grout in many areas still not completed (by the hood area – you told my husband you will have to come back to get it done)
• Install the island panel
• Clean the grout underneath the cabinets

You have purchased a 3.5 gallon of tile adhesive. Did you use all the 3.5 gallon for our kitchen? If not, you are responsible for the half that you took home.
List of additional expenses we spend because of Johnny miscalculation or not measuring correctly:
- One of the glass tiles you wasted by you $19.99 plus tax you could not do it because it was too complicated for you to work on it. You are unable to communicate with us earlier that the tile pattern I have selected initially was too difficult for you to do. I had to shop over Thanksgiving weekend to change the tiles pattern because of you.
- In addition, the paper towels and garbage bags we provided to you during all the day as you worked on our kitchen. $20

- Our wooden floor needs to be resurfaced because Johnny refused to put things down on the floor when Johnny worked on my kitchen and did not cover on his shoes. ($500 would cost me to re do our floor)
Our garage was left with the dust from Johnny’s cutting/work - we need to get professional cleaning. Cost$100)
- In addition, we had to get the security panel moved from our security company because Johnny’s measurement was not done correctly – plus the door senor too – it costs us additional $400 from the security company.
I have contacted Johnny via email and listed 2 dates he can come to my home to complete the job. Johnny sends me text at an unprofessional time and threatened to come to my home on a Sunday to settle this. I felt threaten by his unprofessional text at an unreasonable hour. I was advised to block him and contact him via email. However, Johnny continued to threaten me in email by telling me he will show up at my work to settle this. In addition, he continued to email me at an unreasonable hour like 1 am 3 am. Plus, Johnny tried to connect with my husband on Facebook.
I have reported this to police department. They have advised me to seek another contractor to complete my kitchen. I have also notified my work security as well that Johnny may show up at my work as he stated in an email.
Johnny Motichka need to stop harassing me and threaten me. He failed to delivered the promised date. I have paid Johnny $17,730 in checks and cash so far. The cost of the kitchen is $18,930.
Johnny Motichka is an unprofessional contractor and no customer should have to go through this.
