The President of the company, Mike L*** came to my house on Friday to give me a quote for a new furnaceHe didn't have the brochures he needed with him, took a couple phone calls while we were talking (mostly about his kids) and then he left saying he would e-mail me by the end of the dayIt's Wednesday and I haven't heard from him
