Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. If the company does not perform as promised I can get back to you at: [redacted].
Regards,

Review: Because he was recommended by a trusted friend we fell for his "down on his luck" story. Unfortunately, we gave him, in good faith, $2,000 for supplies up front. Needless to say, we will NEVER fall for a sob story from a construction person again!!!Desired Settlement: Refund of our $2,000.
Review: [redacted] of John Landers Roofing & Guttering (Charles City, VA) was paid $ 5,200 as a materials pre-payment to put a new roof on one of my houses in early March, 2014. It is now 4 months later. He has done nothing and has bought no materials. When I've been able to contact him (which is seldom) he has repeatably lied to me, promised immediate action, and done nothing. It does not appear he has any intention of doing the work. I would not recommend he be hired to builkd a doghouse at this point.Desired Settlement: I either want my money back or the roof completed per our written agreement. Either is acceptable but one or the other needs to happen immediately.
