John Klippel Photography

I hired John for my daughters baby shower for July 11, 2020. We agree on a price of $275 for the three hour event and it was to include a flash drive of all photos taken during that time. I paid John a $50 Deposit to hold that date and the remainder would be paid on the 11th. John was very personable and it appeared that he did a great job. I paid him the remaining balance of $225 and also gave him a tip of $100. I told him to help himself to any food and drinks. He later told me he did eat and had a few beers and thanked me for my hospitality. He said once he edited the photos he would sent me the flash drive. I have called him multiple times, most of the calls have gone unanswered, but when I did get in touch with him two separate times, he told me he would mail it out that day. It has been a month today, no flash drive and he no longer answered my calls. I live in *** and the shower was in ***, so its not like I can drive to his business and get the flash drive. All of his reviews were wonderful and positive, I’m not sure why he won’t send me what I paid for. The pictures he sent me a link for are only viewable online, I can share them with anyone but I can’t get prints of them. The whole point of me hiring him for this event is so that I could have copies of the event.
