Review: I went to JJs Cars because they were the only dealership that decent enough to work with someone that didn't have the greatest of credit. I went to them based on reviews and Revdex.com rating. I was sold a car that was free of damage, no accidents, no salvage anything according to the dealer. I purchased the car March of 2014. Because of my credit rating I ended up with a higher percentage rate which is not the reason of my complaint. After close to a year of paying this car I wanted to trade it for something I could get a lower payment for. I had to look for an almost brand new car so the bank could roll over negative equity which I knew my car would have some. KBB and NADA guides put my car into a 9500-11000 fair trade value. The new dealer I went to pulls up a car fax and it indeed does show damage from accident reported from first owner in 2010. I call the dealership around 830 pm to voice my displeasure and I get told the managers are here but are having cocktails, can I call back another time. I'm beyond furious.Desired Settlement: I want the dealer to make a reasonable effort to rectify the situation by taking this vehicle back and releasing me from my loan or something close to that effect.
