The customer was not directed to send the camera to the USA They printed the repair form from the Fujifilm USA site( [redacted] ) They should have gone to the Fujifilm Canada site( [redacted] ) It is the customer’s responsibility to make sure they are sending their product to the correct location, especially if it is out of the countryAn email was also sent to the customer with a link to check on their repair This link shows the full charge as wellAs a courtesy, I will credit them $to their card, but that is our final response to this matter
