John H Ruby Attorney

Mr. Ruby was hired to write a Will. He advised me that on my next appt. (2nd), Will would be complete & ready for review. Instead Client was left in a conference room to review/PROOF-READ Legal Documents ALONE! When he was asked to break down legal wording in layman's terms, atty did not comply; instead Mr. Ruby got very defensive about several inaccuracy's & mispellings that were pointed out in the Will (BY MYSELF). I did not feel secure about paying remaining fee, so I ask for refund for services charged. Mr. Ruby rudely declined, so I politely exited office. After appointment Mr. Ruby sent several NASTYGRAMS via email. Clearly UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! BEWARE
