Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2016/11/09) */ I would like to clarify some points made in the customer complaint [redacted] and I loaded the frig ,he was on the trailer and I tipped the frig back to him and we carried the frig to the front of the box and placed it with out any issues over the last years I have loaded many frigs and freezers in this manner without incident the "guy upstairs" who told them it was returned was me I informed [redacted] and his son that the frig had loaned out to another customer for about a week as the frig they had ordered was delayed and they were without a frig they still chose it over the other frig as to no sales receipt I did not wait on them personally and perhaps the sales clerk forgat to hand it to her and apparently [redacted] didn't ask as I had no problem reprinting one from our pos system which archives all transactions on october 12th , days after the purchase there was no discussion of operational issues simply accusations of damaging her frig resolution I will refund their purchase price on the claim that the frig does not work further I will send our delivery service to pick up the frig and deliver a refund check as I do not want any unnecessary contact with this individual now or in the future pick up can be arranged any wednesday Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (2000, 16, 2016/11/28) */ Called consumer and they confirmed that they were able to resolve the complaint
