John Egart Tree Service

In 2/19 I contacted Egart Tree Service to trim four trees in my backyard. I obtained an estimate, employees came to do the job, and I paid the amount owed. In approximately 3/19 I noticed that not all of the trimming had been done. I contacted Egart, employees came out and did more trimming. As the trees "leafed out" in late spring I again noticed that not all of the trimming had been done. There were numerous dead branches on the tree in the middle of the yard and branches still needing to be trimmed on the tree in the northwest corner of the yard. The employee who came in 2/19 told me the tree in the middle of the yard had fireblight - a disease which can damage or kill a tree if the infected limbs are not removed.
I have been trying to contact Egart, by e-mail and phone - since June to arrange for them to come out to complete the work, without success. On 9/16 I sent a letter to John Egart, special delivery, describing the problem and my ongoing efforts to contact them (copy available upon request). I requested a written response of the plan to address these issues. On 9/18 I received an e-mail with instructions to "call Robert" which I did on 9/19. We arranged an appointment for 9/26. I waited 3 hours. No one came and no one called. I notified the company.
The tree in the middle of the backyard appears to be deteriorating and I am concerned the fireblight may be spreading. The plan to "call Robert" has not been successful.
