Dear Sirs:Thanks for your interst.Please be advise that this matter does not involve in any manner the business activities of LaFreniere & Assoc., Inc.Also, Ms [redacted] terminated her occupancy in a manner which was not compliant with the terms of her tenancy lease; meaning, it was the option of the land lord to provide no refund of any security deposit.However, the land lord did provide a prorata refund after deducting the repair costs based on cleaning expenses beyond wear and tearIn summary, we believe any claim from Ms [redacted] is without merit.Have a good day
