On 9/26/an employee inadvertently published "Limited Edition" grips at a $(zero) dollar value to our websiteThe "Limited Edition" grips were only visible by navigating through our website categories and were not advertised nor promoted by any means by HogueCustomers that were able to navigate to the hidden product did publically provide links to the product via social media.Upon discovery of this issue we immediately removed the product and notified all customers that their orders would be canceled and were offered a 10% coupon for a future order for the inconvenience of completing the checkout process.I have included highlighted portions of our Terms of Service page below that reserves our right to cancel orders due to errors that can occur as described aboveThe entire Terms and Service f page can be viewed here: http://www.hogueinc.com/terms-of-service.Unfortunately as a family owned and operated business in the United States, it would be unfeasible to provide our product free of charge.Please feel free to reach us if you have any questions regarding this response.Best Regards,R [redacted] Sales and Marketing Director
