[redacted], as I responded before. I initiated the contract with John D. C[redacted]. We spoke on the phone before the Christmas holidays and setup an initial walk through for Jan 4., 2016, we spoke by phone on Sunday Jan.3,2016 to confirm our appointment. Mr. C[redacted] arrived at my home at 10:30 am surveyed the roof and interior damage. Mr. C[redacted] also spoke with my insurance adjuster later in the afternoon of Ja.4,2016. My insurance adjuster wanted him to explain an verify the roof damage as was explained to me. I can get that conversation in writing if necessary. I also, have in writing from my daughter our agreement for Mr. C[redacted] to deal directly with me due to her work schedule, as she was present at our initial meeting. Under separate cover I will submit her letter and text messages received from Mr. C[redacted] directly related.
