Helloreceived message from john d craft transport, the truth is I asked for photos his driver took at pick up, he told me "they didn't take any", this is not the truth, they always take photos, it protects them against fraudulent claimssince my claim is true, new damage on three areas of this beautiful like new cari expect john dcraft transport to pay for the irresponsible service they providedi spoke to the manager *** and all he did was disgrace himself by telling me how poor the condition of my very close to perfect car was. the only damage was on the front passenger side bumper , tiny ring scratches under the door handles, and paint chip on drivers side mirror.I sent *** photos the continuing currier took as crafttransport dropped of the car, new damage was noted. I will submit photos and copies from the original CraftsAutoTransport condition report paperwork, and a repair estimate from damage craftsauto transport causedASAPthese are legitimate claims and i'd like this statement officially noted, please note the condition of my car from the photos, its beautiful and the pearl white paint is "top of the Line"I hold John d.Crafts transport responsible for the damage they did to my car while transporting, and will continue this campaign until justice is served. Take responsibility for yourselves. I have lots more to say and with evidence of photos to prove John DCrafts Transport is lying, shame on you

We documented damage on the vehicle in question at the time of pickup. The customer has a copy of our condition report but, for some reason, cannot or does not wish to see the actual condition of the vehicle at that time. We were contracted by the customer's father on February 2, 2016 to ship a...
2006 [redacted] from Scarborough, Maine to Long Beach, California for eventual shipment to Hawaii. We arrived to pickup the vehicle and, according to protocol, completed a condition report noting much body damage on the vehicle.(Copy of report available) We realize that vehicle condition can be subjective, however, we would certainly not describe this vehicle as "beautiful" or "top of the line". The damages on this vehicle are consistent with one being driven by an older person, which appears to be the case here. We ship many vehicles each year to Florida from the Northeast and back, many of these snowbirds are older and tend to have difficulty with depth perception and judging height of curbs. It appears the customer had been misinformed about the condition of the vehicle and casts a blind eye to our original report. The only reason we offered the $200.00 to the customer was because at the time that the original condition report was completed, we neglected to note a small area of damage on the driver side front bumber. Given the condition of the rest of the vehicle, we believe this was an oversite by the driver rather than something we caused. Nevertheless, customer refused the offer.
