Ms. [redacted]  stayed at our property during an Leadership Weekend.  Unfortunately, during her stay her credit card was processed for an additional authorization.  She spoke with our Operations Manager on property, and was told she would receive a refund for her stay.  She did not...

receive a refund.  Ms, [redacted] stated she had tried to contact myself multiple times, but I never received a voicemail from her nor was the information communicated by the front desk.  I have refunded the credit card for Ms. [redacted] stay please see attached folio.  I have also contacted Ms. Raether via phone and left a voicemail, and also sent her an email please see below.  Ms. [redacted]  Thank you for taking the time to contact us, and know about your experience.  I would like to personally apologize for the additional incidentals charges held on your card, and the communication with our staff.  I understand that you spoke with our Operations Manager Abraham [redacted], and he assured that you would receive a refund for your stay. I have processed the refund today for the amount of $357.42 to your Mastercard ending in 6822. I also tried to contact you at (608) 317-4248 and left a voicemail.
