Review: We hired John Beaudry Landscape Design to design and install landscaping on our property. In the contract they stipulate a one year guarantee on plants. Shortly after the installation, several of the plants died despite our caring for them as we had been instructed by the installers. We contacted the owner on several occasions over a period of months and informed him that some of the plants died. John Beaudry, the owner, did not respond to multiple emails and phone calls. When we did finally reach him on the phone (after several months trying) he scheduled a time to come to our property and then did not show up. They are not honoring their guarantee on the landscaping they installed.Desired Settlement: We would like to receive a refund to cover the cost of the plants and the work required to replace the dead landscaping. The amount of refund will based on current prices for same plants as listed in the original contract plus cost of labor to remove dead plants and install new plants.
