In response to. the letter from [redacted] concerning service issues on the 2012 Dodge 2500 purchased on October 3, 2014.
Upon notification from [redacted] that a co-signer form was missing from the
paperwork submitted to the bank, a number of messages were left for [redacted] on...
the phone number he supplied on his paperwork. The purposes of the messages were to obtain a number to fax the cosigner &nil to and fax back to us. Although on November 4, 2014 [redacted] did verify the number was corre[redacted]ever responded to any of the calls.
A courtesy call was made to [redacted] on November 4-, 2014 concerning the payment due on November 2; 2014. This dam and amount of the payment is clearly disclosed on the copy of the note given to [redacted]
In reference to the odometer statement which was typed incorrectly could this be human error.
The usual turn around time on the-paperwork being sent is four to five weeks since the temp tags issued are 60 day tags.
The general manager, [redacted] did speak with [redacted] concerning the issue of the sensor and the pump in which two options were given to her since our warranty is 50 — 50 split on the engine, transmission,.drive and axle for 30 days or 1000-miles.
I. Bring the truck to the dealership and all issues would be corrected at no cost.
2. Take to an independent mechanic ( not a dealership since [redacted] is costly) and fax finding to us for approval. Instead [redacted] decided to take to a dealership. A check in the amount of $300.00 has been mailed to [redacted]or the repairs which is over the 50.— 50 split by $62.93.
